"Do you think we should give monetary incentives to the KP2 students to motivate them to get better grades?"

I know there will be a lot of opinion outside there.There might be agree or not.But as my opinion I think we should give monetary incentives even though they have bad result.Maybe the student who get KP2  have their own answer that they do not share with us.We cannot judge them only by the result, at least we should try to know what their problem.So, if we still give the monetary I'm sure it will motivate them to get better result for the rest of semester.






Here the reason what i'm just said..If we do not give the monetary  incentive to them, it might possible they quit.They would not further their study because they have no money.And it possibly if they quit to work.But when we give incentives they will try harder to get better result for the next semester.




I believe, anyone does not try to fail in their study and ruined their future.Sometimes it comes from the other side,GOD..maybe the KP2 student have their own problem.They have problem with family,their health or something else.So missed the lecturer class, cannot pay attention in class,do not done well in exam such the result of KP.








When we give the monetary incentive,that will motivate them to study harder and harder.It also like give a chance to change.One who fears failure limits his activities. Failure is only the opportunity to more intelligently begin again.Henry Ford.So I believe they will try  their best and KP is a step for them to move.




Monetary incentive should give to the student KP2 but they the one who want to make a move and forget about the past.If they want to try again,why should we hold their hand and give the spirit for them.For sure they will take this as golden opportunity.

     Tiramisu is a most popular Italian cake. It is made of biscuit dipped in coffee, the mixed layer of the yolk and mascarpone (triple cream cheese). The cocoa powder sifted over the cake. To create a layer of biscuits, biscuits was dipped in coffee.  The wide range of existing Tiramisu around the world. Some cooks use other cake, sweet and bread. But, it is up to us to choose what we like??

     Tiramisu also has a variety of flavors such Tiramisu cheesecake, Tiramisu chocolatecake, Tiramisu strawberry cake, Tiramisu blueberry cake and other. Nut, for me, i like Tiramisu Chocolate cake and strawberry because chocolate has a slightly bitter taste and sweet. For strawberry, i like the taste of fresh and sweet fruit and what your favorite?? you can choose your favorite!!!!

Sorry for being silent few days back.So today I want to ask you one question.If you are the person who can rule the world, what did you do???

I have think if I the one that could rule the world, all those thing in my world are free.I mean no money in my world.People will take what they want, there no charge.People in my world are same.No grade or level to know that man this man.It is same for me.
No debt also in my world.So people will live in peace and harmony.Because nowadays,there a lot of thief, murder and poor people.So when the whole thing in the world,they could not be the thief or poor because all people can get what they want easily.Everybody would have a job and be able to provide for their family.Everybody would make the same amount of money.People would live in harmony and friends wouldn't fight.




But sometimes I wonder how much better life would be if I could forcefully create my own reality......
