"To Cheat, or Not to Cheat"

Hii everyone!!!

"To Cheat, or Not to Cheat" or Shakespeare's Hamlet said is "to be or not to be".  Do you know what is the cheat??? Have you ever cheat??? Who is cheating on you and have you ever cheated??? Who is always cheating on you? What do you think of liars and gullible?

Cheating is when a person misleads, deceives, or acts dishonestly on purpose. Cheating can happen in a lot of different ways. These things can happen at any age regardless of children, teenagers, and adults also do not miss. It also can occur in all places and times, whether in business, education, employment, and also our daily lives.

Why we have to cheat? Each one will give many reasons why they should lie. I do not want to take another example, but take an example close to us. We as a student, why should cheating whether the examination, test, assignment, laboratory report and others. For example, during test, any student who does not replicate well at least brings a small note or we call it "toyol. ". It’s not fair to all students, especially students who are working hard to learn and revise. I think we should try to own. Then the results we can be proud not only to imitate.

< Fun Chocolate Facts Interesting >

Hello everybody....
Nice to meet  you again :)
Today I just want to share interesting about chocolate.....

~Chocolate has been, is and will be the most popular sweet in the world. It calms us down like a pill, makes us feel deliriously happy, it tastes so heavenly…So, keep reading because I’m about to tell you some interesting things about it.

~The botanical name of the chocolate plant is "Theobroma Cacao", which means "food of the Gods"

~The word 'Chocolate' comes from the Aztec word "xocolatl", which means "bitter water".

~Chocolate melts at 34 degrees centigrade, which is just below the temperature of the mouth.

~Relationship problems, family drama or painful periods – chocolate helps us feel much better, right? This is not silly or a mass trend, chocolate really acts like an antidepressant. It takes just one bite of your favorite Hershey bar or Cadbury  for your brain to start producing happy hormones.

~White chocolate is not chocolate.Fans of white chocolate should go easy on this sweet because, technically, it’s not chocolate at all. Unlike black and milk chocolate that do contain cocoa powder and chocolate liqueur, white chocolate has only cocoa butter to thank for its chocolaty taste.

~Chocolate is not high in caffeine. A 1oz bar of milk chocolate contains only 5-6mg of caffeine. This is significantly less than in coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

Good Leaders Are Made, Not Born

Have you heard the phrase " Great Leaders Are Not Born, They Are Made?".Did you agree with me if I said "Yes it's true."

To begin with, lets start with a definition of leader.A leader is someone who holds a dominant or superior position within his or her field and is able to exercise a high degree of influence over other.
(Business Dictionary,2009)

These are what I mean that leader are made not born.Actually a great leader learn from the trial and error. He also learn from his experience. When something fails, a great leader learn from the experience and put it behind him.So it can change slowly to become good leader.Great leader are often good in their field and intelligent. They always learn and willingness to admit mistake.

Leadership is all about people and getting the most out of people.Even you, can be a great leader if you have a desire and the will power to achieve it.Excellent in leadership is acquired by people who have a strong sense of vision, have passion and are able to get people to commit.

On the other hand, some people said great leader who are born with the unique set of skill and have rare leadership abilities. But, if they not learn and hardworking, for me its nothing. It can't be such a great leader.

I love this phrase, leadership is not something you are born with it.I cannot be taught or copied. It's LEARNT!!!

To be a great leader and so always master of the situation, one must of necessity have been a great thinker in action. An eagle was never yet hatched from a goose's egg.

Yee Sang

Very good morning~~~~
I have to admit that I didn’t blog regularly recently. It’s not because that I didn’t have story in this new area; it’s simply that my daily work has been very busy. But not to worry because I  had an excellent story for the past  Chinese New Year. Today I want to share about the famous food in Chinese New Year. Have you heard or watch Yee Sang???

Yee Sang or Yu Sheng is Chinese New Year Prosperity Salad.
It usually consists of strips of raw fish most commonly salmon, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. Therefore, Yee Sang is considered a symbol of abundance, prosperity and vigor. Yee Sang have own history. From the web I were found actually  the present form of Yee Sang is believed to have started in Chouzo and Shantou as far back as the Dynasty. But the modern Ye Sang dish originated during Lunar New Year in 1964 in Singapore's Lai Wah  Restaurant.

A Yee Sang dish would comprise of a plate of various pickled strips of vegetables and fruits in various red and green shades. Yee Sang  had fish served with daikon (white radish), carrots, red pepper (capsicum), turnips, red pickled ginger, sun-dried oranges, daun limau nipis , Chinese parsley, chilli, jellyfish, chopped peanuts, toasted sesame seeds, Chinese shrimp crackers (or fried dried shrimp), five spice powder and other ingredients, laced with a sauce using plum sauce, rice vinegar, kumquat paste and sesame oil, for a total of 27 ingredientsOriginally, the dish used raw mackerel, although in deference to the popular wishes of customers, salmon  was later offered as an alternative due to the growing popularity
of Salmon.Wow Yee Sang just like colour of rainbow

Yee Sang is often served as part of a multi-dish dinner, usually as the appetizer due to its symbolism of "good luck" for the New Year. The base ingredients are first served. The leader amongst the diners or the restaurant server proceeds to add ingredients such as the fish, the crackers and the sauces while saying "auspicious wishes”.

All diners at the table then stand up and on cue proceed to toss the shredded ingredients into the air with chopsticks while saying various "auspicious wishes" out loud. It is believed that the height of the toss reflects the height of the diner's growth in fortunes, thus diners are expected to toss enthusiastically.I think Yee Sang is symbolic for Chinese New Year that same with us that Ketupat and Rendang at Hari Raya.I put Yee Sang this week just to share many variaties of food comes from different culture.

Happiness resides not in posessions and not in gold; the feeling of happiness dwells in the soul.

~ Birth Order Trait??? ~

Hii everybody!!!

Happy Chinese New Year and happy holiday to all...

For this entry, we will discuss about birth order traits. The psychology says that the eldest child more responsible, mature, good leader. While, the middle child more creative, not an over achiever and often felt neglected. Also told youngest child often get away with anything, not independent and often not taken seriously. What you mind about this??? Is it true???

For my opinion, this is not necessarily one hundred percent correct. There are also truth and there also not truth. But, it is depends on the individual and also how the teachings given by a family. Maybe it some truth about said the eldest child more mature because they need to be a good example for younger siblings. They also have a greater responsibility to help parents at home and take care of the precious brother. But, does not mean the middle and youngest children are not mature and responsible. The other children also be responsible if properly being taught and guidance. Example, each children given task to be done. Not only burden to the eldest. This can be taught to all children to be responsible.

Each child has its own personality and not only depends on the birth order trait.Maybe also be relevant but maybe only coincidental. The environmental conditions, time, experience, friends, loving parents and also families that will form the personality of a person.  So, we do not rely on this theory alone because what happens to us is determined by ourselves.

Live in happiness and not shadowed our lives with others. The important, be yourself. And, changed for the better for the future. I hope to see you again. Goodbye.
